SalaryDouglas Brothers Landscaping of Downingtown, PA is looking for experienced, motivated and reliable field laborers. Services performed include mowing, mulching, tree care, plant installation, drainage and hardscaping. Must be in good physical shape and able to lift 50 lbs. Qualities we look for in individuals are teamwork, solid communication, and a desire to learn the trade. We are willing to train those new to the field. A driver’s license is recommended but not required.
Positions will start April 1st. Applicants will need to be available to work 40-50 hours a week during peak season, with overtime paid after 40 hours. The working season runs through December with the opportunity to continue in the winter months. Pay will be based on candidate’s qualifications and fit for the company. Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 90-day probationary period ends.
