As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated Landscape Construction Laborer to join our team.
Job Overview: As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of landscape construction projects, primarily focusing on planting, mulching, watering, equipment operation, seeding, and pruning. Working as part of a dynamic team, you'll contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Planting and Mulching: Execute planting and mulching tasks according to landscaping designs to enhance the visual appeal of outdoor spaces.
- Watering: Ensure proper watering of plants and landscapes to promote healthy growth.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including but not limited to tractors, skid steers, excavators, seeders, and pruning tools.
- Seeding: Participate in seeding activities to establish new lawns and enhance existing ones.
- Pruning: Perform pruning activities to maintain the shape and health of trees, shrubs, and other plants.
- Site Cleanup: Keep work areas clean and organized. Dispose of construction-related debris properly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of planting, mulching, watering, equipment operation, seeding, and pruning techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license may be required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
