Landscape Crew Leader for Softscape Division
Landscaping Crew Leaders perform a wide range of landscape-related tasks which build into several different career paths within the Landscaping Industry. These tasks include plant identification, grading, surface drainage, mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding, & spraying, low voltage landscape lighting, and project management.
The Crew Leader role is a hands-on position, which allows full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. Crew Leaders are also responsible for preparing equipment, directing, and developing.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional landscape installation experience required
- Experience with skid steer operation and other landscape-related equipment preferred
- Supervisory experience and leadership skills required for Crew Leader position
- Chauffeur's license or the ability to obtain one required for Crew Leader position
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
- Desire to grow and improve
- Well-developed time management skills
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
- Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period
