Landscape Construction Foreman/Crew Leader

SLS Outdoor Living, a family-owned company renowned for designing and building high-end outdoor living spaces, is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman/Crew Leader. As a leader in our Design Build department, you will play a crucial role in the field, installing landscape projects while overseeing your crew and ensuring efficient work. If you have a passion for Landscape Construction, strong masonry skills, and a natural ability to lead, this is the perfect opportunity for you to advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a crew in Landscape Construction projects
• Ensure crew members follow instructions and work efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints for project execution
• Use knowledge of plants/trees/shrubs in project planning and execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Landscape Construction experience
• Minimum of 2 years as a Crew Leader
• Hold one or more of the following valid certifications or licenses: OSHA-10 Certification, OSHA-30 Certification, MCLP, ICPI
• Ability to attain a Hoisting License within 90 days of hire date
• Basic computer skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency in English; Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

1. 5 Plus Years of Proven Landscape Construction Experience
2. 3 Years of Proven Landscape Crew Leader/Foreman Experience
3. Hold one or more of the following valid certifications or licenses:

• OSHA-10 Certification
• OSHA-30 Certification
• MCLP
• ICPI
• Hoisting License (Must Attain Hoisting License within 90 Days of Hire Date)

*$1000Bonus will be paid out as follows: $500 at the end of a successful 90 Day Period, and the remaining $500 to be paid out on your 1 year anniversary at SLS Outdoor Living. 

Compensation

Pay Range - $29 - $38 per hour depending on experience and education. A $1000 Hiring Bonus is available for candidates meeting certain qualifications.
