Construction Foreman

Taylor Davis Landscaping in Construction is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman! If you are a self-starter with experience handling medium sized projects from start to finish, including final completion. Must be able to effectively manage a small crew with kindness and respect, as well as great communication that makes customer service a top priority. If this sounds like you, then please, read on!

Responsibilities:

• Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment.

• Training new crew members.

• Delegating duties to crew members.

• Working along with the crew members to complete projects.

• Assessing progress making projects come in on time and under budget

• Ensuring all crew members obey health and safety regulations at all times.

• Completing landscape design and construction.

• Completing inventory checks and equipment inspections.

• Preparing work orders and other documents.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record

• OSHA 10 Card

• Valid DOT Card

• High school diploma- trade school certificate in landscaping or horticulture a plus.

• 1-3 years grading experience 

• 1-3 years of landscaping/hardscaping experience

• 1-3 years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience 

• Ability to provide clear written and verbal instruction
