Landscape Business Developer Position Overview
The Landscape Business Developer’s responsibility is a sales role that is focused on developing leads and relationships to achieve new and renewal business sales targets within their assigned markets. Position adheres to the company core values and mission statement.
Landscape Business Developer Responsibilities
- Responsible for renewal and new sales targets
- Retaining and maintaining business relationships
- Assists the Operations team with customer visits
- Prepare job estimates and bid proposals
- Works with the team to obtain and follow through on leads
- Completes mid-season and post season reviews with customers
- Attends networking events to build company/personal brand
- Works with ASMs to ensure quality control within the sales process for Salesforce
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
Landscape Business DeveloperQualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Snow & Ice Management/Landscaping experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years or more experience in B2B sales
- Understanding of SalesForce
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work within a team, as well as independently
