Seeking a motivated go-getter to manage our client accounts across the state of Florida from Tampa to Orlando to Naples. You’d be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and sales.
You’d be responsible for:
- Sales
- Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
- Client Satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
- Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
- Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch’s financial goals
Position Overview
The Account Manager is an experienced professional self-directing the activities to achieve service goals of their clients. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business responsible for overall site quality, achieving sales goals and achieving renewal goals.
