- Represent and support the mission of Aiello Landscape of Vero Beach: To provide excellent service, the highest quality garden experience, and to be professional.
- Develop professional client relationships with gardening clients.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of best practices and plant materials.
- Know all the properties for which you are responsible
- Inspect all properties monthly to ensure quality and Aiello standards. Record and address any problems. Implement solutions to avoid future problems.
- Perform monthly recordkeeping, and billing as required.
- Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary invoices.
- Conduct annual walk around with each client.
- Propose garden enhancements in trouble spots or tired areas in clients’ gardens.
- Attend various conferences to stay informed about the industry trends and new materials.
- Communicate with Clients, plant purchaser, and supervisor as required.
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
