Land Survey Coordinator

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Land Survey Coordinator in the Wilmington, North Carolina area with 3 or more years' experience in survey management related to land development projects and 5 or more years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief.

LAND SURVEY COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Assist survey crews and office staff
• Experience performing all aspects of Land Surveying including boundary surveys, topographical surveys, construction staking, etc.
• Exercise professional judgment to complete work accurately and in accordance with surveying codes, ethical standards, and sound business practices
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with other team members
• Manage, coordinate, and communicate schedule and progress on multiple concurrent tasks; Complete work on time and within budget
• Energetic, self-directed and success-focused

LAND SURVEY COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years survey management experience (both office and field)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong written and oral communications skills
