Job Essentials:
- 3 years clinical experience with breastfeeding required.
- Ability to participate in hospital/nursing committees
- Utilizes standards and evidence based practice guidelines in clinical and educational decision making.
- Displays cultural sensitivity related to the breastfeeding experience
- Capable of working collaboratively with peers, physicians, managers and patients. Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Education Requirements:
- RN required, BSN Preferred
License/Certification/Registry:
- Valid RN Licensure IBCLC Certification required
