Laborer, Horizontal Directional Drilling Crew's Helper

Fiberia, Inc., a leading provider of Horizontal Directional Drilling and Fiber Optic Cable Installation services, is seeking a LABORER to join our team. The LABORER will be responsible for assisting the Horizontal Directional Drilling crew in the installation of Fiber Optic and Power Cables, as well as other outdoor construction tasks.

As a LABORER, Horizontal Directional Drilling crew’s helper, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for assisting our experienced crew in all aspects of Horizontal Directional Drilling operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Horizontal Directional Drilling crew in the installation of Fiber Optic and Power Cables.

• Perform outdoor construction tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling.

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of equipment and tools.

• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in construction or outdoor labor preferred.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

• Must be able to work well in a team environment.

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
