Ranch Hand/Laborer

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. As a Ranch Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the daily operations of the ranch. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

```Duties```
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the ranch
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment
- Assist with occasional irrigation repairs and dragging of pastures
- Feed, water, and care for livestock, including horses, cattle, and poultry, goats, and dogs daily.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete various tasks on the ranch
- Perform heavy lifting as required

-Property clean-up will also be a part of this role

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working on a ranch or farm preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in ranch operations
- Ability to operate farm machinery and heavy equipment
- Experience with animal care, including feeding, watering, and basic health procedures
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
