Laboratory Technician

Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsible for analyzing samples and creating prototypes. Assists in product development, product quality and food sales projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Analyze samples

· Create final product for testing

· Maintain the inventory of filled standard sample jars

· Assist in documentation approvals as needed

· Preform laboratory activities involved in the development and improvement of products

· Support sales effort as needed

· Complete all work within established companies policies

· Support pilot scale and production trails

· Maintain food safety culture in regards to food defense, quality and cGMPS production and warehousing all products
