```Duties:```
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various laboratory experiments
- Ensure quality control and compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize laboratory processes
- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory procedures
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or related discipline)
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data management
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality control principles
- Excellent math skills for accurate calculations and measurements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
