Essential Job Duties:The duties of the position are to coordinate and process invoices, payments, and laboratory inventory. This involves updating the billing system with payments made, depositing payments of cash and checks with the university, sending invoices, and general accounting troubleshooting. The other main duty will be checking inventory in the lab (supplies, etc.) and working with lab members to purchase resupply. There is also an opportunity for help with laboratory work, depending on the skill and desire of the person hired.
