Accounting Assistant

Hanna Imports is a large, fast paced used automotive group in the Raleigh-Durham area and is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant to join our team! This individual will be self-directed, ambitious, high-energy, great work ethic, drive, integrity and professionalism to become part of our fast moving team! Position is full time and paid on hourly basis with benefits available after 90 days of employment. Applicant must have car dealership experience.
Responsibilities
Input vehicle data correctly and efficiently into dealership management software (key log, title log, etc.)
Post and process invoices for vehicle payables and receivables
Clean schedules on a weekly basis and ensure inventory accuracy
Provides support to Controller and assist with clerical tasks like data entry, scanning, reports, emailing, etc.
Ability to cross train to assist other departments as necessary
Qualifications
Attention to detail and impeccable organization skills a must
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Professional appearance is a must!
Excellent verbal/written communication skills required
Superior data entry skills required
Computer literate (Including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
Must be able to multitask and follow directions
Detail Oriented with strong work ethics and habits
Dealership Accounting and DealerTrack DMS experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to work at least 40 hours/week or more as needed with paid overtime

License/Certification:
