In our Labor Specialist position, you will work closely with our Pest Control technicians and creative sales representatives in completing attic and crawl space cleanouts for our customers. In this role, you will be working in confined spaces so you must be comfortable going into crawlspaces and attics.
Our Labor Specialists will help to solve customers' concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with providing strategic recommendations.

What to Expect
You will be working with a team that could consist of other Laborers, Pest Control Technicians, and Creative Sales Representatives to complete different cleanouts for our customers. The amount of time an attic or crawlspace cleanout can take will vary, you may spend an entire day or two just working with one customer.
Outside of cleanouts, you will also assist with other projects deemed relevant for the success of a customer's service.
While performing cleanouts, you will be required to wear a full-face respirator while working for health reasons.
You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Beaverton, OR for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.

- $22 / hour base pay plus guaranteed commissions for each completed job!
- Pay is comparable to $30 - $35 / hour with commissions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
Preferred:
- Previous manual labor experience.
- Previous experience working in attics and crawlspaces.

Requirements
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must have a current valid driver's license.
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
- You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.
