SalaryDirect Counsel is actively seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join a top firm in their esteemed Labor and Employment department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Labor and Employment law, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour class action cases.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including both single plaintiff and class action cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and counseling on employment law matters to clients.
- Utilize strong research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues.
- Collaborate with the Labor and Employment team to develop and implement legal strategies.
Requirements:
- Admitted to the State Bar of California.
- 3 or more years of specific experience in Labor and Employment law.
- Proven expertise in wage and hour class action cases.
- Strong academic credentials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in traditional labor law.
- Demonstrated success in providing employment law advice and client counseling.
Compensation:
Salary between $210,000 and $260,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
