SalaryThe Lab Support Rep provides a multitude of services for clients, patients and staff within the Laboratory as outlined below:
Education
High school education or the equivalent. Formal training as medical assistant and/or in medical coding preferred.
Experience
Experience in laboratory related area or medical provider office preferred.
Skills
Demonstrated manual dexterity and good communication skills. Must satisfactorily complete on-the-job training provided by the supervisor within the probationary period, unless extension is granted by the laboratory manager. Passing score on data entry test and medical terminology test required.
