Kitchen Team

The Kitchen Team is the lifeblood of the food program at Tony & Pete's. We are inspired by classic sandwich shops, serving old school, submarine style sandwiches, really good salads and really good, classic sides. We are looking for quality people who do quality work. Experience in a restaurant environment is required along with being a good person who is willing to learn and knows how to hustle. This position is a part time role with the potential to grow into a full time role.

The Kitchen Team will be responsible for handling daily prep for our sandwiches, salads and sides. You'll be working with a deli slicer to slice meat and cheese daily and making all food items in a fast paced kitchen environment during your shift. At Tony & Pete's, we will work efficiently, quickly and cleanly. You'll be responsible for meeting daily pars for various prep items and keeping your station nice and tidy. We'll be primarily a daytime focused business, so no super early mornings or late nights.

We're looking for high quality humans who love food, work hard and like to have fun. At Tony & Pete's, we participate in a whole house tip pool, so everybody working will be in the tip pool, Kitchen Team included.
