Busy season is among us and we are expanding our kitchen and menu so we are in need of a couple extra hands. We are an all scratch kitchen in business for 14 years now. We have a very strong CORE group and looking to ad some equally great and exceptional talent. Ultimately we like to move up anyone wanting to learn more as far as they would like to advance. Immediately starting what we are looking for is one experienced person that can handle everything starting on fry to running the line setups and eventually running the grill and sauté. For this position we do like to have about 3 days and 3 nights for full time maybe one being a double so you can still enjoy a couple days off to your self. We would also like to find an AM dish person as we are trying to move our current AM dish up to another position as we like to do with everyone that is interested in learning more. Our staff in the kitchen get along great and there is no drama with anyone. We are also open to rotating one of these positions out front bar-backing during the spring and summer when needed or to fill hours where needed. Our job is to make sure you get the hours and money you need to get your bills paid, while giving you the opportunity for advancement and the chance to learn new things. If it's slow, we do not cut people and send them home if they need the hours and are willing to find things to clean and organize. We do understand people need steady pay that they can always count on. We also can create side work around the restaurant if need be for extra money like painting, maintenance, etc. What do we ask in return? We would like a self motivated, self driven team player that is willing to show up on time and do whatever it takes to help out the rest of the team. Call outs are not tolerated unless there is an emergency or sickness as it puts stress on everyone else. However, randomly if someone is sick or needs time off we would expect your willingness to cover if need be. In other words we've got your back if you've got ours. We feed everyone every shift and paychecks or direct deposit is available pay periods being every 2 weeks. Most Hollidays we are closed such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July (as long as it's not a Friday or Saturday) as we do understand people like to live and enjoy life along with making money. We try and set the standard for pay but in return this is not a job we pay more than most for less than average work in return. Please if you want a slack, boring low volume job, please apply somewhere else with less pay as we are offering very good pay and in return looking for very good work ethic to compliment what we already have.
