```Duties```
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meets quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking procedures, food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures set by Pullmans
- Manage inventory
- Collaborate with ownership/management to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor/Maintain kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests
- Familiarity with shift management and scheduling processes
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team
