We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Banquet experience is preferred.

```Duties```

- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance

- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and follows proper food safety guidelines

- Collaborate to develop and update menu offerings

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs

- Train new kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Handle banquet ordering, cooking, set up and tear down for 25-250 people.

- Assist with food preparation as needed

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team

- Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation

- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors

- Knowledge of kitchen management principles and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
