This is a full-time position Monday – Friday from 5:30 am – 1:00 pm. No Evenings; No Nights and No Weekends.

POSITION TITLE: Kitchen Stocker/Dishwasher
PAY/HOURS: $12.50/hr, 37.5 hrs weekly, 5:30am – 1:00pm working Monday through Friday
REPORTS TO: Kitchen Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: Kitchen duties include: assisting in cleaning
kitchen, cookware and pans, sweeping, mopping, and basic maintenance. Physical demands include stooping, reaching,
lifting, and carrying bulk food and cases up to 50 pounds. The working environment is warm and
humid with sudden temperature changes, slippery floors, and moving parts and sharp edges of
commercial kitchen equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with any basic food preparation as needed in a safe, sanitary manner.
2. Follow instructions on daily basis.
3. Sweeping and mopping part of daily tasks.
4. Assist with stocking and cleaning of kitchen and lounge area.
5. Must work cooperatively and harmoniously with all co-workers and appropriate staff.
6. Abide by FTHRA rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
7. This list of duties and responsibilities is not inclusive. Employee is responsible for all
other duties as assigned by appropriate management personnel.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read and follow instructions. Reliability and a positive attitude are a must.
