Requirements

1 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen
Good to great knife skills
Clean cut appearance, willing to wear hair net if needed
Neat, clean, and organized
Serve safe or equivalent certification or food handler’s cert.
Reliable transportation source.
Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
Must possess a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
Able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, and sanitary work environment
Restock throughout the shift.

Dish Machine Operator
Requirements
Minimum age of 18 years
Able to lift up to 25 pounds constantly.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must abide by company standards for sanitation, and safety

Responsibilities
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
Restock all areas of the restaurant as needed.
Assist the preps and cooks with food prep when time allows.
Keep the area free of debris, i.e. remove trash as needed, recycle boxes, and oil.
Maintain a clean restaurant by abiding by the company cleaning schedules.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, bar, and kitchen.
Prepare salad bar items daily.
Assist team members with a positive attitude, and a smile!
