Our IRVINE location is looking for team members for the following positions:

[KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER - Part-Time or Full-Time ]

• Prepare and cook ramen and other Japanese dishes to order
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Support and enhance our guest service through high energy, positive attitude, and adding to the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Our expansion into the US began in 2014 when we opened our first location in Costa Mesa, CA. Since our opening, we have received great feedback and support from many guests and have been fortunate to open several more locations with more planned soon. As we continue our expansion, we need enthusiastic people with good energy who genuinely enjoy making people smile!!
