Opening of kitchen, prep lists as assigned, cleanliness tasks. Perfect plates with a major sense of urgency and understanding of plate presentation. Routine and organized kitchen operations. Closing of kitchen, cleaning of equipment and kitchen tools and utensils. Food storage, rotation, and production.
