Kitchen Shift Leader

Downtown Knoxville's premiere Brew Pub is looking for a Kitchen Shift Leader. Looking for personable, customer focused, and multi-talented candidates that can handle a fast paced and high volume environment. BOH experience is a must! Previous

food expediting experience is preferred.

Individuals would be responsible for day to day operations, expediting food as well as helping with scheduling, inventory and other labor and cost related areas. Candidates must be dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic and able to be on their feet for 8-10 hours/day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
