Your responsibilities will include maintaining overall management responsibilities for Brisket Taco Company. You will direct, coordinate, and participate in preparation, cooking, wrapping or packing food serviced or prepared, collect payment from customers, and assemble food orders. Coordinate employee scheduling according to needs and events. This position will also serve as a training position to consistently replicate quality, authentic Texas style brisket. As Brisket Taco Company begins to scale into opening a second location, this role will be critical in maintaining daily operation and quality of the main ingredient used. This position will be eligible for monthly bonuses when KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are maintained and achieved.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
