We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team in our family-owned Local Favorite Grill and tavern in Rochester, NH.

Responsibilities:
- Champion kitchen operations and prepare and serve top-end meats, chicken, ribs, seafood, and pasta dishes in a Scratch Kitchen.
- Lead and coach a team of kitchen staff, develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures, and work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and an exceptional customer experience.
- Utilize expertise in food preparation and cooking techniques, food safety and sanitation standards, inventory, ordering, food costs, scheduling, labor costs, and function/party or catering experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or a similar leadership role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations and requirements.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
