Lumberjacks has an immediate opening for an experienced Kitchen Manager. Diner experience a plus.

We are looking for a manager who can cooks and prepare food and operate equipment in accordance to the standards set by Lumberjacks.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by Lumberjacks
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Managing staff on the line to insure efficiency and streamlining procedures
Help developing recipes and cooking procedures
Ordering and managing Inventory, as well as, controlling food cost
Able to work with computer to use as a tool in controlling and recording costs
Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
To Become A Part of the Lumberjacks Team:
You need to have an understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
