ECI Management Group is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead food service production at their downtown Fort Worth location. ECI uses scratch cooking to prepare meals for a multi-station cafe and catered events.
Duties as a Kitchen Manager include:
- Food Production
- Supply/Food Ordering
- Bi-Monthly Inventory
- Cost Controls
Typical hours: AM and operations are Monday-Friday, Weekends vary depending on catering volume. Average 40-50 hours / week.
Pay: 45K - 50K yearly

The ideal candidate will come from a food service background. Candidate will have experience meeting deadlines/timing of food production.
