Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Train and evaluate all kitchen team member, both front and back of house
· Oversee day-to-day operations at all kitchen department.
· Supervise the entire food sales area at all locations.
· Maintain planograms to optimize product placement and visual appeal.
· Ensure exceptional customer service in the food sales area and monitor the quality, freshness, expiration dates.
· Communicate effectively with kitchen employees to ensure smooth operations.
· Evaluate the performance of kitchen staff and provide feedback for improvement.
· Provide group and personalized coaching on-the-job and at the training school facility.
· Provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
· Create and update internal operational policies and procedures in cooperation with HR department.
· Ensure compliance with all regulations.
· Prepare reports for management summarizing key performance indicators.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
· Proven experience in training and development, including designing and implementing training programs.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate coach and mentor employees effectively.
· Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written.
· Strong organizational and time management skills
