Kitchen Designer

Ridge Cabinetry is looking to add a Kitchen Designer in our newly renovated Royal Oak showroom. We are a fast growing company that values a customer-centric, collaborative, and energetic company culture. Ridge Cabinetry is apart of the Ridge Family of Companies. You will be exposed to and work along side Ridge Renovations, a full service construction division, Ridge Management, an in-house property management company that oversees ~100 properties, Ridge Cabinetry, our wholesale / distribution cabinet company, and finally InStyle by Ridge Cabinetry, our full service retail kitchen design and sales team.

The ideal candidate will be customer service focused and willing to work with customers via phone, email, and in person.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving incoming phone calls and emails
• Using ProKitchen software to design kitchens, closets, bathrooms, and other spaces
• Assist clients with material selections within the showroom- cabinets, colors, surfaces, pulls, inserts, etc.
• Appointment scheduling
• Work along side the Director of Operations, Sales/Marketing Director, and Warehouse Manager, and Construction Division to help brainstorm, create, and perfect systems and processes
• Support other internal teams with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

What will you need?

• Prior kitchen design experience
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
