May Include:
- Prepare, present and close quality kitchen and bath drawings, measurements, and estimates according to the client’s expectations.
- Develop sales and design solutions for builders/homeowners
- Placing and tracking customer orders with excellent follow up
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with accounts and establish new accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity; document the customer sales process
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and key business metrics.
- Identify and analyze past buying patterns of accounts
- Follow standard operating procedures, established work processes and Company policies
- Perform additional tasks as required
Knowledge and Skills:
- Sales experience in construction, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or relatable industry.
- 20/20 Design software experience, a plus.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Accuracy with numbers and attention to details
- Good customer service skills
- Communication and listening skills
- Strong project management, organization, and ability to work within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel for product vendor trainings
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Schedule
- Typical workdays are Monday-Friday, Every other Saturday
