AddressKipling is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and professional individual for the role of Retail Finance Analyst. This role is responsible for closely managing controllable expenses for the Outlet and Full Price businesses. The role will perform monthly financial reconciliations, payroll and bonus forecasting, expense management, and contribute to initiatives to drive store profitability goals.

Retail Finance Analyst
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Build full year budgets based on strategic direction and guidance.
Perform accurate monthly budget reconciliation process. Identify risks and opportunities to the financials.
Forecast and communicate weekly store payroll budgets based on future sales predictors and strategic initiatives.
Provide monthly store bonus targets, month-end bonus reconciliation and processing.
Assist in store planning responsibilities.
Identify, analyze, and communicate store key performance indicators for the purpose of identifying trends and uncovering issues that require management focus.
Support DTC reporting responsibilities.
How you will do it:
Develop relationships with key business partners to accurately forecast store expenses.
Partner with Planning on sales forecasts and trends.
Support Store Operations with various store-focused projects.
Enhance and leverage existing tools and resources.
Actively participate in team meetings.

Understand market and store trends through proactive, detailed analytics

Skills for Success
2+ years of experience in related occupation that must involve performing financial and detailed analyses
Experience in a work environment which extensively utilized MS Excel to model and track financial and/or operational performance
Strong financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Ability to present numerical data in a concise, logical, and useful manner
Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
Critical thinker and creative problem-solver
Comfortable juggling and coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work with short and critical deadlines
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
Educational Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Business or Economics preferred

Hiring Range:
$58,080.00 USD - $72,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
