Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and promote student development in all areas.
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring their academic progress and social-emotional well-being.
• Facilitate a positive and collaborative learning environment, fostering respect, empathy, and a love for learning.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and make informed instructional decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a Kindergarten or early elementary setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, literacy, and mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents.
• A passion for education and a commitment to providing a positive and nurturing learning environment.
