Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and promote student development in all areas.
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring their academic progress and social-emotional well-being.
- Facilitate a positive and collaborative learning environment, fostering respect, empathy, and a love for learning.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress and make informed instructional decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification in the state of Florida.
- Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a Kindergarten or early elementary setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development, literacy, and mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents.
