Sales Associate/Keyholder
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales management abilities with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficient in inventory control
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of retail operations, including buying and merchandising principles
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
