POSITION: Sales Associate / Key Holder

REPORTS TO: Store Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Through training you will learn the stories of our collections and be able to share them with customers in an informative and engaging manner. Make customers want to wear our hats and be a part of our stories.

2. Organized and disciplined: able to follow procedures and instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales: Understanding what drives sales and then driving them. Talking to every customer and understanding their needs.

Internal Controls & Security: Working very closely with the Manager to adhere to policies and procedures and then making sure they’re followed to minimize errors and losses.

Sales Goals: Understand and strive to achieve the stores financial and sales goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis at all times.

Store administration: Timely and accurate handling of all merchandise and paperwork requirements.

Customer Information: Will gather customer contact information and assist with a customer database for in store and company marketing initiatives.

Store appearance: Staff. Cleanliness. Neatness. Visual excitement.

Communication: Clear, thorough communication with team members. Using the proper communication channels with all levels of management. Use all types of communication to inform and continually improve performance and store function.

Understanding, adhering, and maintaining company policies and procedures.

Typical end time: 6:30 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour plus potential weekly bonus.
