Job Description

As a Key Accounts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling a range of agricultural products to ag businesses, retailers, and growers in the Washington and southeastern Iowa areas. Your primary focus will be on promoting seed treatment, fertilizers, humic acid, and biologicals, leveraging your agronomic knowledge and sales expertise to drive business growth. With autonomy and flexibility, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets. Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in agricultural sales, with a strong understanding of agronomy principles and practices
• Self-driven and financially motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify sales opportunities
• Familiarity with the agricultural industry in the Washington and southeastern Iowa areas is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, agricultural business, or related field is advantageous
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Commission
