Come join a fantastic team! The Key Account Manager position is responsible for account development for high profile medical accounts. This person is energized by establishing lasting relationships with surgeons and navigating across multiple teams to drive sales for our highest opportunity accounts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Key Account Manager (KAM) Medical - is the primary relationship manager for assigned high profile accounts
  • The role establishes professional relationships including C-Suite, top tier key opinion leaders (KOLs), and key personnel
  • The KAM is responsible to meet sales and revenue growth targets
  • Conduct performance evaluations and directs regular business reviews with customer
  • Maintains an up-to-date sales funnel and forecast
  • Identify selling opportunities across product lines
  • Develop account strategy and leads the team's selling efforts
  • Effectively communicate and forecast orders and risks to management

YOUR PROFILE
  • BA / BS or MS degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Relationship Building; Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Financial / Business Acumen
  • Previous experience in the operating room (OR) and capital equipment
  • Large Account Management Relationships combined with above

Desired qualifications express expectations for ideal/fully proficient candidates; equivalent experience will also be considered.
