Our Capital Sales Team is a collaborative and results-oriented group that thrives on innovation and excellence. Each team member brings a unique set of skills and experiences from the healthcare and sales sectors. We aim to empower healthcare providers with the latest advancements in robotic surgery, contributing to improved patient outcomes and enhanced procedural efficiency.

A Day In The Life Of Our Key Account Director:
    • Hire, Train, and Develop the Capital Sales Team:
    • Lead the recruitment process for the Capital Sales Team, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.

    • Execute Sales Strategy at Regional and National Key Accounts:
    • Lead the execution of the Noah Medical Capital Sales Process
    • Develop and Expand Executive team commitment to expanding The Galaxy program in strategic health systems regionally and nationally 
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales at Key Accounts on both regional and national levels.
    • Problem solve and develop creative solutions to complex obstacles to adoption of The Galaxy Program 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning company solutions accordingly.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and clinical engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate market trends and customer feedback to relevant departments for product improvement and development.

    • Salesforce Management:
    • Oversee the effective utilization of Salesforce as a tool for managing customer relationships, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
    • Implement best practices for Salesforce usage and ensure the team's proficiency in leveraging its features.
    • Use Salesforce data to make decisions about how to improve the execution of the sales process and improve the sales strategy with other Noah team members

    • Manage Launch Planning Process with Clinical Sales Team:
    • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Team to plan and execute successful site launches.
    • Ensure seamless coordination between capital and clinical sales teams for effective introduction and adoption of the Galaxy System
About You
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in capital sales.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
$150,000 - $400,000 a year
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
