Lifeway's Accounts Receivables Team is seeking an experiencedKey Account Credit and Collections Analyst. In this position, you'll serve as the lead analyst for Key Accounts with average balance greater than $1M.

Responsibilities
As our Lead Key Account Credit and Collections Analyst you will:
- Coordinate and manage the analysis, workflow, processes, and procedures related to all reconciliation activity for key trade account customers and negotiate dispute resolutions protecting Lifeway assets and maintaining the customer relationship whenever possible
- Handle contacts from Key Account customers regarding complex accounting issues
- Investigates and resolves accounts receivable inquiries and complaints
- Review aging reports and other collections processes to determine internal collections efforts and make recommendations for initial or changes in credit limits
- Assist other Credit & collection staff as needed with complex account issues, potential bad debt accounts, and collection efforts
- Investigate questionable or special application of cash
- Live out Lifeway's mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work.
- Associate degree or two years of college level business curriculum
- Related training or work experience may be considered to fulfill education requirement
- 5 years experience in customer service
- 5 years experience with collections
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Written and verbal communication
- Computer skills
- Familiarity with Oracle A/R preferred
- Actively attend an evangelical Christian church and serve/participate in church events or ministries
