Who We Are:

Paradise Ranch Pet Resort is located in Sun Valley, CA (near Burbank). We are the first fully licensed cage-free dog boarding facility in the United States; the originator of the cage-free dog boarding concept! We are much more than a dog boarding kennel, and dog hotel. We are a full-featured dog resort. Paradise Ranch Pet Resort gives canine companions the best dog day care, doggie boarding, and/or dog training experience. Best of all, we do it all in a first-class “Resort Style” & we even have a dog water park!

Who You Are:

MUST LOVE DOGS - NO EXCEPTIONS!! We are looking to add 3-4 dynamic team members to join our K9 Handling team for the holidays and beyond. We provide on-going training and guidance for our K-9 Staff by experienced trainers. This position is mid-entry level with room for growth. We are looking for people who have held a good standing position in a similar role for at least 6 months. Applicants should be enthusiastic, hard-working, professional, and have a positive attitude. They must be able to add positivity to our team while maintaining our top-notch work environment! A successful candidate for this position is someone who is a team player (while simultaneously being proactive to identify individual tasks), has excellent communication skills, and pays great attention to detail. This is a service-related industry so you should not only have great customer relation skills, but a passion for helping people and canine companions alike. You’ll work in both our outdoor and indoor areas to care for and ensure the safety of the dogs in our facility.

IDEAL Candidate:
Someone who is interested in a career in animal services (Veterinarian, Vet Tech, Dog Training etc.) and is looking to gain experience with all different breeds of dogs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.04 - $18.50 per hour
