Qualifications and Skills:
You must have 3 years of previous experience in a similar position with a bachelor's degree. - Providing outstanding catering events

- Delivering budgeted financial results

- Managing ordering and inventory
- Leading daily production
- Overseeing cash management
- Maintain and develops client relationships and customer satisfaction
- Establishes and maintains a safe work environment
- Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring operational standards

- Extensive culinary knowledge
- Ability to manage food cost
- Must have P L experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with POS systems
- Catering experience, a plus
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
