Junk Removal Team Member

Junk Titan is NOW hiring for our Junk Removal and Full Service Team Member - Our office is located in Traverse City Michigan and we service many parts of Northwestern Michigan.

Get paid for working out this week! Yes, this is a physical labor job; while it is not always hard work, it is sometimes.

We are a fast-paced full service Junk Removal company, currently seeking athletic individuals who are motivated for success and possess a great attitude. High performance is expected and thus rewarded.

Gain valuable business experience in sales, marketing, customer service and the labor trade while working outdoors, staying in shape and having fun. Our culture is based on hard work, fun, professionalism, enthusiasm and team-work.

Junk Titan is dedicated to building leaders. Availability for at least a total of 3 days a week is required. Most guys start out part time and move up based on performance.

Salary: $17 to $23/hr starting + Incentives + Tips

Mover/Driver/Hauler Responsibilities and Duties

• Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your customers.
• Look, act and become a friendly professional – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
• Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
• Care in handling customer belongings
• Safely operating trucks and equipment
• Hauling unwanted items
• Hitting revenue goals and benchmarks
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (e.g., tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.).
• Prevent Careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.

• Possess fine attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
