What you'll be doing:

• Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission statement
• Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws
• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues
• Deliver exceptional service by effectively communicating with customers.
• Lead and manage our Junk Removal helper, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Assist with local marketing tactics, which include yard signs and other
• Assist in training new hires
• Perform other duties assigned

What we look for in candidates:

• Must have a clean driving record
• Must own basic tools
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Experience as a laborer or delivery driver, or in construction or manufacturing helpful
