JOB DESCRIPTION We're looking for a Junior Web/Multimedia Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing Marketing team.

Above all, we're looking for someone who is passionate about Web technologies, who loves to learn, and is eager to share what they know with their team members. We're a relatively small company (60 or so employees with 6 currently in Marketing) and we need someone in this role who is able to immediate contribute to what we are doing online to educate our customers and prospects. That may mean updates in WordPress one day, and shooting and editing instructional videos the next day. In this role, there will be opportunities for mentoring from experienced team members as well as continuing education to help you advance your skills. You will not be bored in this role!

We have a Monday - Friday work week, with some work from home flexibility. We find that our creative teams do best when working together in the office, and we've built an environment that encourages collaboration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities: - Updating client-facing (primarily https://www.desergo.com and https://www.ergonomic-products.com) and Intranet Web sites in WordPress

- Occasionally assisting members across teams in using WordPress - Basic video editing in Adobe Premiere and publishing to YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/designequiptrain) - Updating Keynote/PowerPoint presentations for the CEO's industry presentations - Organizing and tagging digital assets for use by Marketing, Design, and Interior Design departments

Qualifications & Expectations:

- Above all, we are looking for someone who has a great attitude and loves to learn.

- 3-5 years of experience in Web/Multimedia technologies is desirable for this role

- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong ability to multitask with good time management skills

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WordPress

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
