What You'll Get to Do:
As a CACI Junior Solution Developer, you will provide solution and proposal development support across the Operations Support and Services (OSS) Sector, ensuring OSS proposals provide compelling, executable solutions that receive favorable evaluations from Government customers within the DoD, IC, and IA marketplaces. You will be working closely with Senior Solution Developers, who are positioned to mentor and guide you throughout your role.
You will be required to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts virtually and in-person.
This position will be hybrid with at least a 50/50 split between the on-site location, Reston, VA, and remote. Core hours for the position will be from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
More About the Role:
- You will work with the Solution Development team to develop a complete and compelling response to Government Needs and Requirements. In addition to this, the Solution Development team coordinates with partners in Business Development, Capture Management, Line Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to create a successful proposal, further exposing you to different aspects throughout CACI.
- Specifically, Junior Solution Developers can expect:
- Working directly with SME's to identify and build solutions that address customer/stakeholder hot buttons, critical issues, and stated requirements.
- Support the implementation of solution content throughout the proposal process by coordinating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure proper Knowledge Management.
- Manage the creation of solution artifacts throughout the development phase, by taking lead on different projects throughout the proposal.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must currently be a full-time Undergraduate or Graduate student
- Must effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Must have ability to fully leverage Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc.) with practical understanding of SharePoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, International Affairs, or a related field
- Previous internship/co-op or other work experience related to business operations or international affairs
- Basic understanding of the US national security apparatus
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Current Security Clearance
