Job Description
- Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating daily sales operations
- Support sales representatives with product information, pricing, and quotes
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order status updates
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely communication with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in sales coordination or related roles
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Annual salary in the range of $40,000 - $45,000
